Message The purpose of the intervention is to bring the person back to reality to get him or her to treatment. Addicts are not in the same reality as regular as regular people. They dont see the world as it is.

Message I was in one of your classes and I kept your card reminding us to see a counselor. Since putting on the badge I havent forgotten your honesty and message about how we can stay well. There have been sometimes already that it has helped me to remember what you told us. It's different, just like you said, but you gave me confidence and good lessons to keep me going. Thank you, Sir, and yes. I will be seeing a counselor and do it every year!!!

Message This site is wonderful. I am a mental health professional and volunteer with a critical incident stress management team. I will tuck this site in to my community resource book and offer it to those officers I have contact with. Keep up the excellent work to help police officers and to educate them about the importance of managing their stress.
